Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the rental of roll-off dumpsters through Dumpster Rental Fresno (“we,” “us,” “our”). By booking a rental, you agree to the terms below.

Rental Period & Extensions

Standard rental periods and pricing are confirmed at the time of booking. Extensions beyond the agreed rental period may incur additional daily charges, as disclosed before booking.

Placement & Site Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate space and clearance for delivery, and for confirming whether a placement permit is required for their location. We are not responsible for delays caused by inadequate access, blocked delivery paths, or missing permits.

Prohibited Materials

Hazardous materials, including but not limited to paint, chemicals, batteries, tires, and similar items, may not be placed in rented dumpsters. Additional fees or refusal of service may apply if prohibited materials are found.

Weight Limits & Overage Fees

Each rental includes a disclosed weight allowance. Loads exceeding this allowance are subject to per-ton overage fees, as outlined in our pricing guide.

Property Damage

We take reasonable care to protect driveways and surfaces during delivery and pickup. Customers should disclose any known surface fragility in advance. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or damage resulting from inaccurate information provided at booking.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
